Stacey Scherer

Stacey Scherer, PHR CGHR-CP, has over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits management. At Natividad Medical Center since December 2007, Stacey has served as Talent Acquisition & Contract Staffing Manager and Senior Human Resources Analyst, overseeing workers' compensation, employee relations, and leave management. Previous roles include Corporate HR Manager and Health Benefits Manager at Barlocker Insurance Services, where management of HR functions for multiple offices, training implementation, and health benefits oversight were key responsibilities. Additionally, Stacey worked at West Marine as Vendor Compliance Supervisor/HR Assistant, managing customer accounts and providing administrative support.
