Jean-Noel Combasson has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jean-Noel is currently serving as the Managing Director at Natixis Partners, where they provide advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and primary and secondary leveraged buyouts. Prior to this role, they worked at Clairfield International as the Managing Partner from November 2017 to October 2021 and as a Partner from January 2014 to November 2017. Jean-Noel also gained experience at MBA Capital as a Director Associate from January 2008 to January 2014. Jean-Noel started their career at Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté, where they worked as an Expert in Mergers and Acquisitions from July 2004 to January 2008 and as a Business Account Manager for SMEs and mid-sized companies from March 2001 to July 2004.
Jean-Noel Combasson obtained a Diplôme de l'Institut Technique de Banque in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from ITB, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Jean-Noel also obtained a Diplôme de l'Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Paris ESLSCA Business School, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
