Louis-Martin Dufay

Louis-Martin Dufay possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Executive Director M&A at Natixis Partners since October 2017, following a progression from Vice President to Director in the same department. Prior to this role, Dufay spent over seven years at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, where responsibilities included M&A Vice President and various analyst positions within French and Real Estate M&A Execution Teams. Initial experience included internships in M&A and financial audit at Société Générale and Deloitte & Associés, respectively. Dufay holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Corporate Finance from emlyon business school, complemented by a brief exchange at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and received foundational education at Classe Prépa HEC - Institution des Chartreux.
