Chitra Nagaratnam

Chitra Nagaratnam has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Chitra is currently working as a Salesforce Product Manager at National Interstate Insurance Company since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Sr. Business Analyst at the same company from January 2017 to October 2021. Chitra has also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at National Interstate Insurance Company from February 2012 to December 2016.

Before joining National Interstate Insurance Company, Chitra worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Electron Database Corporation from June 2011 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were a Software Tester at a State Agency from February 2010 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, they were a QA Tester at a Healthcare Organization from May 2009 to February 2010.

Chitra Nagaratnam completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from Bharathiar University from 1993 to 1996. Chitra then pursued a Masters in Computer Applications from the same university from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Chitra also obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in April 2020.
