Lindsey Santana

Lindsey Santana, AIC, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and training. Currently serving as Senior Claims Technical Training Manager at National Interstate Insurance Company since May 2017, Lindsey has previously held the positions of Claims Technical Training Manager and Claim Supervisor in the Passenger Division at the same company. Prior roles include Commercial Claims Manager at National General Insurance from 2014 to 2017, Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster at Nationwide from 2010 to 2014, and Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster at State Auto Insurance for a brief period in 2010, as well as Bodily Injury Claims Representative at Travelers from 2007 to 2009. Lindsey began a career in claims as a Casualty Claims Adjuster at National Interstate Insurance Company from 2005 to 2007. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University in 2005.
