Seth Kleiner

Seth Kleiner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in insurance and claims litigation. Currently serving as a Claims Attorney at National Interstate Insurance Company since January 2023, Seth previously held the role of Managing Attorney at GEICO, where leadership was provided to a team of claims attorneys focusing on high-exposure and complex claims. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate at Eccleston and Wolf, P.C., where various civil litigation matters were handled, and a Law Clerk position at the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Seth's foundational roles include internships with Zurich-American Insurance Company, the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development. Seth holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics (Political Science) and Economics from the University of Maryland.
