Previous positions include serving as Jefa de Administración at O.S. and as a consultant for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, focusing on health system strengthening. Notable contributions also include expertise in procurement and human resources at the Ministry of Industry, as well as financial planning and management control consultancy for the OIM. Ornella's educational background includes a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Social Security and Prepaid Medicine from the Instituto Universitario de la 'Fundación ISALUD'.
