Ian Kippen serves as the Programming and Resource Manager at NATO’s Allied Command Operations since February 2018, previously holding the role of Project Manager as an independent consultant from September 2016 to February 2018, focusing on education and training in multinational organizations. With a robust background in strategic planning and military advisory roles, Kippen led a 65-member international team at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe to develop crisis responses and brief senior leaders on NATO’s strategic planning from March 2013 to September 2016.
