Kevin Scott

Kevin Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and academia. Currently serving as a Civilian Expert at NATO, Kevin has also been an instructor at the University of New Brunswick since 2012, mentoring design teams and teaching in the Energy for Leaders program. Previously, Kevin held prominent roles at Irving Oil, including Chief Refining & Supply Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing the refining and distribution of over 400,000 barrels of energy products daily, and Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on talent acquisition and employee development. Kevin co-owned Timeless Cottage, an event center, and has held multiple leadership positions at Irving Oil since 1992, contributing to advancements in supply chain management and refining operations. Educational credentials include a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and an Executive Consortium in Management Economics from Babson College.
