Nicollette Saporito

Nicollette Saporito, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicollette most recently worked at Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. as the Director of West Coast Operations and previously served as the Manager of Service, Training, & Distribution Center. Before that, they co-founded Party Mixerz in 2009. Nicollette also worked at The Nature's Bounty Co. as a Manager of Manufacturing & Project Manager, and as a Supervisor of Manufacturing. In addition, they worked at Herbalife as a Leader of Continuous Improvement & Process Technician, and at Marine Corps Recruiting as an Applicant in Training. Nicollette also has experience in roles at Amway Nutrilite Vitamins as an Analyst of Change Control / Change Management, and as a Specialist of Logistics & Warehouse Operations. Prior to that, they worked at a Health & Fitness Center as a Personal Trainer and Front Desk / Daycare staff. Nicollette began their career at World Gym International as a Personal Trainer Intern.

Nicollette Saporito, MBA, has a diverse education history. Nicollette graduated from Loretto High School College Prep in Sacramento in 2005, obtaining their High School Diploma. Following high school, they attended the University of California, Davis from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nicollette pursued further education at Walden University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Nicollette has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nicollette received a Certification in Forklift and Load Hog moving vehicle equipment from Amway Nutrilite Vitamins in 2012. In 2017, they completed the Basics of Tablet Manufacturing and Troubleshooting training course offered by Natoli Engineering Company, Inc., and in 2018, they obtained the Encapsulation Training Certificate from the same institution.

Nicollette's pursuit of professional development continued, and in 2021, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Global Institute. Most recently, they obtained two certifications, namely the Procurement & Sourcing Introduction and Procurement Basics, from Rutgers University in July 2023.
