Vince Caguin has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Regional Manager at Swensen's Ice Cream. Vince then worked as a Chef at Toluca Lake Tennis Club Restaurant & Catering before becoming the Founder and Director of Mindful Luncheons. In 2003, Vince joined Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Los Angeles as the Department Chair, a role they held until 2011. Vince then served as the Online Adjunct Associate Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Scottsdale from 2015 to 2017. Vince also worked as a FRESHMeals@School Ambassador at California Healthy Kids Resource Center / Alameda County Office of Education from 2013 to 2015. In 2012, they became the Executive Director of Nutrition Services & Warehousing at Natomas Unified School District. Most recently, Vince has been a Training Consultant at the Institute of Child Nutrition since 2016.

Vince Caguin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Food and Nutrition from California State University-Sacramento in the years 2000 to 2002. Vince then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in Organized Leadership from Ashford University between the years 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Vince has obtained a number of certifications including being a First Aid/ CPR/ AED Instructor Trainer from the American Red Cross, a ManageFirst Instructor & Proctor from the National Restaurant Association, and being a ServSafe Alcohol Proctor & Instructor and ServSafe Proctor & Instructor, both from the National Restaurant Association.
