Dalila Trapani is a seasoned food buyer with extensive experience in procurement and category management. Currently at Natoora since August 2019, Trapani has previously served as Head of Purchasing Department at Solstice Ltd, overseeing a £6 million net spend on fruit and vegetables and managing a team of five. At Esselunga, Trapani excelled as a Junior Buyer and Category Manager, developing product collections for 150 stores across Italy and achieving significant sales targets. With educational credentials that include a Master in Retail Management from the Università degli Studi di Parma and a Master of Laws from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, Trapani combines legal and economic expertise with a strong background in retail operations.
