Pablo Uson has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Pablo currently serves as the CFO of Natoora, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Pockit from August 2018 to July 2019, and as the Chief Financial Officer for Oakam Ltd from May 2015 to June 2018. Pablo also served as the Head of strategic planning and capital requirements at Aldermore Bank PLC from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Deutsche Bank Global Markets Asia, Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, GE Capital, Dell EMC, and American Express.

Pablo Uson has a diverse education history. In 1999, they obtained their Chartered Certified Accountant (ACA) degree from Universidad Catolica Argentina. Pablo further pursued their education and completed an Executive MBA in Finance, General from the London Business School between 2001 and 2003. In 2010, they attained a Master's Degree in Philosophy from the Open University. Additionally, in 2017 and 2018, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Leading organisations with a psychodynamic approach from Tavistock and Portiman NHS Trust. Pablo also holds a certification as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Argentina, obtained from Consejo de contadores publicos, Republica Argentina in June 1999. Furthermore, they have incomplete degrees in Chartered Certified Accountancy from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
