Jacques Abeille has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jacques started their career in 1995 as the EMEA Camel Marketing Director for JTI (Japan Tobacco International) - East and Central Europe. Jacques then worked in Danone as the Commercial and Marketing Director for dairy products. Jacques later joined Coca-Cola HBC as the Commercial and Marketing Director.

In 2004, Abeille became the International Sales Director for Peugeot Motocycles, where they focused on scooter sales and business development in Africa and China. Jacques then worked as the General Manager at Reaction, a position they held from 2009 to 2011.

From 2012 to 2013, Abeille served as the Retail Marketing Director - Transition at flunch. Jacques also worked with Réseau Entreprendre as an Expert in Accompagnement (futurs) Lauréats.

From 2014 to 2017, Abeille worked at EBRD, where they held various roles, including General Manager and Commercial & Marketing Director. Jacques also took on missions in Tunisia, Belarus, and Mongolia.

In 2014, they joined Groupe CÉMOI as the BtoC Commercial & Marketing VP. Finally, in 2017, Abeille joined Natra as the Chief Commercial Officer and is currently serving as the Managing Director. In this role, they are responsible for turning around a non-branded chocolate group and overseeing sales, research, development, and sustainability efforts.

Jacques Abeille attended EDHEC Business School from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Finances and Marketing. In 2001, they enrolled at Harvard Business School and completed a Master's degree in Change Management. The following year, Jacques pursued an Executive MBA at IMD, focusing on Management. Jacques later returned to IMD in 2002 to continue their Executive MBA studies. In 2005, Jacques attended Harvard Business School again, specializing in Change Management.
