Danny Bagby is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and production processes, particularly in the battery industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Cell Assembly at Natron Energy since February 2024, Danny previously held the position of Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Beam Global, where management of a team of manufacturing experts in battery pack build was a key responsibility. Danny’s foundational experience includes roles as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Nivalis Energy Systems and as a Controls Engineer at Johnson Controls, emphasizing skill development in data acquisition, PFMEA, and risk analysis. Danny began a career in engineering as a Manufacturing Technician at Saturn Electronics & Engineering after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
