Dyuman Das has worked in a variety of roles in the energy and research fields since 2013. That year, they served as an Intern at Shibaura Institute of Technology, where they worked with superconductors. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at Université de Montréal, where they prepared solutions, ran electrochemical experiments, analyzed data, and made electrochromic devices. Dyuman then worked as a Research Assistant at Justus-Liebig University Giessen from 2016 to 2017, developing batteries with solid electrolytes. In 2019, they worked as a Course Assistant at Stanford University, presenting concepts to students and invigilating and grading exams and lab reports. Also in 2019, they worked as a Battery Engineering Intern-R&D Department at Natron Energy, developing new sodium-ion battery technology. In 2020, they worked as a Manufacturing Intern at Anthro Energy, considering various manufacturing pathways and setting up agreements with battery prototypers and developers. Dyuman currently works as a Process Engineer at Natron Energy, designing novel Prussian blue active materials and optimizing chemical processes.

Dyuman Das received their high school diploma from West Carleton Secondary School in 2014. Dyuman then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Physics and Chemistry at McGill University, which they completed in 2018. Dyuman subsequently earned a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2020.
