Neeraj Chopra

Neeraj Chopra is an accomplished leader in quality and reliability engineering with extensive experience in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and semiconductor manufacturing. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Reliability at Natron Energy since January 2025, Neeraj previously held similar leadership roles at Allegro MicroSystems and Velodyne Lidar, overseeing global processes and customer satisfaction. Neeraj's career includes significant positions at Dialog Semiconductor, Lumentum, and VIAVI Solutions, where responsibilities involved managing world-class quality teams and implementing zero defect cultures. Neeraj began professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Solectron and progressed from Product Engineer to Area Manager at Honda Motors. Neeraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
