Adam Smith C.ErgHF currently serves as the Lead Human Factors Practitioner at NATS since March 2019, following a role as Senior Human Factors Engineer at Atkins from May 2014 to March 2019, where involvement included various Defence domain projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Psychologist at Dstl from September 2009 to April 2014, focusing on experimental projects that required expertise in ethics, design, data analysis, and technical writing, alongside conducting literature reviews. Adam Smith holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath, completed in 2009, and attended Poole Grammar from 1999 to 2005.
