Alex Rickards

Alex Rickards has extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as Head of Partnerships & Alliances at NATS since April 2012, focusing on establishing strategic collaborations to facilitate growth. Prior roles at NATS include Director Accounts & Partnerships for NATS International and Head of Global Airport Development, where responsibilities involved engaging with global airport investors, operators, and governments to enhance air traffic control services. Before joining NATS, Rickards worked at SITA for over 15 years in various roles, including Government Business Development North Europe and Account Director for British Airways, where significant contracts and client relationships were developed. Rickards holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from The University of Edinburgh and has additional academic credentials from Queen's University and Wellington College.
