Amy Mallen

Amy Mallen has a diverse work experience history, starting from their role as HR Policy Consultant at The Home Office in 2009. Amy then went on to work at the Department for Work and Pensions before moving to the UK Civil Service as a Corporate Talent Consultant. Amy then worked at GSK as an HR Change Manager before joining the Department for Work and Pensions again as a Senior HR Business Partner. Amy later joined the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy as an HR Deputy Director. More recently, they worked at Kier Group as the Head of Learning and Talent, Essex County Council as Organisational Development Practice Lead, and currently serves as the Head of Organisation Design & Development at NATS. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated leadership in various HR roles and a strong focus on organizational development and talent management.

Amy Mallen completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology at Leeds University from 2003 to 2006. Amy then obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School from 2008 to 2009, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in HR Management and Development from The Nottingham Trent University from 2010 to 2013.
