Carrie Heath

Carrie Heath is an experienced professional in the field of education and apprenticeship management, currently serving as the Trainee Air Traffic Control Apprenticeship Lead at NATS since November 2022. Previously, Carrie held the position of Head of Apprenticeships at The Isle of Wight College from May 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading curriculum development, increasing apprenticeship starts, and enhancing customer relationship management. Carrie's career also includes roles at Eastleigh College, where duties encompassed managing work-based assessment delivery and verifying professional studies portfolios, as well as a decade at Fareport Training as an assessor, internal quality assurer, teacher, and manager. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Senior Leadership from the University of Portsmouth, a PGCE from the University of Greenwich, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
