Jon Pearson

Jon Pearson has had an extensive career in the IT and service delivery sector, holding various leadership roles in companies such as NATS, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Kingfisher IT Services, B&Q, IBM, Bacardi, and Portsea Island Co-operatives. Their most recent position was as the Chief Architect & Head of Service Design at NATS, with previous roles including Head of Service Delivery at Zurich Insurance and Head of Infrastructure and Operations at Kingfisher IT Services. Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure management, service delivery, and technical support.

Jon Pearson completed their BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computing at the University of Portsmouth from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Portsmouth from 1996 to 1997 in the field of Education.
