Khalid Elseed

Khalid Elseed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Since September 2001, Khalid has been serving as the Head of Section at NATS, where prior roles included Senior Engineer and Project Manager. From July 2013 to January 2016, Khalid held the position of Technical Advisor at the International Civil Aviation Organization, contributing to the OPAS GACA initiative. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Bath, earned between 1996 and 1999, and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Essex, completed in 2001.
