Max Ford

Max Ford is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Adviser at NATS since April 2023 and as an Industry Advisory Board Member at the University of Portsmouth’s Faculty of Business and Law since May 2024. Ford's previous roles include Commercial Counsel and Legal & Contracts Manager at Serco, as well as Legal Adviser at NATS, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Additional experience includes serving as a Solicitor for Portsmouth City Council, focusing on commercial and regeneration projects, and as a Trainee Solicitor/Solicitor at RM Legal Solicitors LLP, specializing in commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. Ford holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, a Legal Practice Course from City St George’s, University of London, and an LL.B from the University of Portsmouth.
