Michelle Hart has extensive experience in health, safety, and recruitment, currently serving as a Health & Safety Business Partner at NATS since June 2018, where previous roles included Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, and Safety Services Team Coordinator. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Millbrook Healthcare as a Recruitment Coordinator and at Jark Industrial as an Industrial Consultant. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Iceland Foods and a field sales position at Magnet Ltd, as well as serving as a Telecomms Consultant at Capital Group Recruitment. Michelle holds a BTEC in Business & Finance from Eastleigh College, completed between 1993 and 1995.
