Mike Wells

Mike Wells has extensive experience in service design, IT management, and service delivery. Mike has worked in leadership roles at companies such as NATS, Quantum Plus, Capita IT Enterprise Services, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Capita Insurance Services. Mike'sresponsibilities have included leading service design teams, managing large accounts, and transforming IT departments to improve service delivery and support. Mike has also led critical IT systems delivery and sales efforts in the healthcare sector. Additionally, they have experience in service transition, release, change, and configuration management, as well as service management consultancy. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Mike Wells graduated from Exmouth School in 1976 with 7 GCEs. Mike then attended Eastleigh College from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained an OND in Business Studies. In 2019, Mike also received an ITIL Foundation Level V4 certificate from Axelos. Additionally, they hold certifications in ITIL Service Managers V2 and ITIL V3 Foundation from ISEB.
