Nick Henderson

Nick Henderson has extensive experience in business continuity, resilience, and operational management. Nick has held leadership positions in organizations such as NATS, MAG (Airports Group), Eurostar, Gatwick Airport, and Forth Ports Limited. In their roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing business continuity management systems, driving improvements to mitigate risks, and ensuring continuity of operations during disruptions. Nick has also led cross-functional teams, managed crisis response operations, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.

Nick Henderson completed a Diploma of Education in Business Continuity at Buckinghamshire New University in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a First Class BSc (Hons) in Logistics and Transport from Anglia Ruskin University in the years 2003-2006.
