Paul Waite

Paul Waite currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Cotswold Airport since February 2025. With a long-standing career at NATS that began in September 1995, Paul holds multiple roles, including Head of Safety Performance & Improvement and ANSP Transition Manager, overseeing the transfer of St Athan into NATS. Previous positions include Manager ATC and Manager Operations & Training, where responsibilities involved safety management for ATC operations and training programs.
