Bachir CHRAÏBI

Bachir CHRAÏBI has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bachir started their career with an internship as a Java Project Manager at Astek, where they developed a solution for Amadeus Business Analysts. Bachir then worked as an IT/Insurance Consultant at AXA France, where they focused on data flow rationalization.

Bachir later became a Product Owner for Neolane at AXA France, leading a large IT project for the renovation of marketing campaign management tools. Bachir also worked as a Salesforce Product Owner, overseeing a migration program from AXA Siebel to Salesforce.

After their time at AXA, Bachir joined EDF as an Energy Apps Agile Product Owner, managing a portfolio of complex applications used by energy analysts. Their responsibilities included leading a team and ensuring the balance of supply and demand.

Most recently, Bachir worked as the Lead Salesforce Admin at Natterbox Limited, where they managed a 300-user organization and was responsible for small transformations, user support, and various Salesforce applications. Bachir was completely self-trained on the organization and business processes.

Bachir Chraïbi obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Information Technology from Telecom Paris between 2008 and 2011. Bachir also earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Information Technology - security from EURECOM during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Bachir also holds certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate, PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate, and TOEFL IBT - 102/120.
