Sona Young

Sona Young has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sona is currently working as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Natterbox since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Landmark Information Group from 2019 to 2021, first as a Senior Project Manager and then as a Release Train Engineer. Before that, they worked at Landmark Information as an Agile Project Manager from 2017 to 2018, where they led the delivery of Q-Mobile product enhancements.

Sona also worked at Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) as a Programme Manager in 2016, where they contributed to the establishment of a new water and waste water services market in England. In 2015, they worked at Nationwide Building Society as a Technical Delivery Manager, where they managed the delivery of the Actimize system for financial crime prevention. From 2014 to 2014, they worked at Achilles Information Limited as an Agile Delivery Manager, leading the delivery of a cloud-based supply chain management platform.

In their early career, they worked at Visa Europe as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master from 2011 to 2014, where they led the delivery of a payment stop service solution. Sona also worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Software Development Project Manager and Scrum Master from 2007 to 2011, where they led the delivery of a rental management system for corporate customers.

Throughout their career, Sona has gained experience in project management, agile methodologies, software delivery, and team leadership. Sona has worked in various industries such as technology, finance, and transportation.

Sona Young holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Technology & Computing from The Open University. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
