Caroline Allams has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Caroline co-founded and served as an educationalist and Chief of Product at Natterhub, an online safety and digital citizenship platform for primary schools. At Natterhub, they focused on teaching children essential life skills such as healthy caution, empathy, resilience, and critical thinking when approaching the internet. Caroline demonstrated the impact of Natterhub in thousands of schools globally.

Prior to Natterhub, Caroline co-founded and worked as a curriculum consultant at THE PEDAGOGS LTD. Caroline also held teaching and leadership roles at various schools, including Hall Grove School, where they served as a Teacher and Head of Pastoral for the Lower School. Additionally, Caroline was an Assistant Head (Primary) at Kellett School, The British International School in Hong Kong.

Caroline's earlier work experience includes being an EYFS/KS1 teacher, Literacy Lead, and Art Lead at Oak House School. Caroline began their career as an EYFS Teacher at Dringhouses Primary School.

Caroline Allams attended Pocklington School until 1989 and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education (BEd) (Hons) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at York St. John University from 1990 to 1994.
