Heather Ruiz

Heather Ruiz has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Heather started their career as a Non-Profit Human Resources Manager at Mavagi / E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises, Inc., where they oversaw the HR department and implemented effective HR principles for over 300 employees. Heather then became the Human Resources Director at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio, P.A., where they developed and managed training programs and provided support on policies and procedures. Heather'smost recent role is as the Director of People and Culture at Natura, where they established and streamlined the HR department, implemented talent acquisition and employee development strategies, and created a culture of service excellence and employee engagement. Heather also developed training and development programs and implemented employee recognition strategies.

Heather Ruiz has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Phoenix and completed it in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Heather obtained the HR as a Business Partner certification from LinkedIn in July 2019. More recently, in April 2020, they obtained the Predictive Index Analyst certification from The Predictive Index.
