Ivana Kapusta

Ivana Kapusta currently serves as a Prospector at Leadvance since October 2023 and has been an Asesor de ventas comerciales at Easy Clean International De Argentina S. A. since February 2023, focusing on client sales and product advising. Since July 2003, Ivana has also held the position of Consultor de ventas at Natura, specializing in cosmetic sales. Previously, Ivana was the Director of Customer Service and Sales at Tahat from February 2018 to February 2023, where tasks included administration and customer service. As a co-founder of Granja los Molinos from June 2008 to January 2018, Ivana managed sales and operations. Earlier career experiences include roles in education, serving as a Maestro de jardín de infancia and Directora de educación infantil. Ivana holds a Formación Profesional de Grado Medio degree in Education from Escuela Nacional Normal Superior de Quilmes, completed in 1993.
