Lily Pan

Lily Pan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple industries. Since April 2020, Lily has served as the Head of HR, People Culture & Organization at Avon under Natura & Co, where leadership focuses on driving business growth through effective HR strategies while establishing a Shared Service Hub for all brands. Prior to this role, Lily was the HR Director at GSK from January 2009 to March 2020, providing comprehensive HR solutions and leading organizational change across various sectors. Previous positions include HR Manager at Sony and WPP, and Regional HR Lead at Mars, demonstrating a consistent track record of enhancing HR systems, culture, and business performance. Lily holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a degree from Peking University.
