Silvia Vilas Boas

Silvia Vilas Boas has a robust background in finance and strategic leadership, currently serving as CFO & Head of Strategy and Transformation at Natura from March 2021 to March 2024, and as Co-Founder at W-CFO Brazil since August 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure as VP of Finance, Investor Relations, Innovation, and HR at Pernambucanas from June 2018 to February 2021, and over a decade at Banco Santander in the role of Executive Superintendent for Management, Monitoring, and Operations Control from January 2007 to May 2018.
