Irene Calou

Irene Calou currently serves as M&A Strategic Projects Legal Manager at Natura &Co, acting as the primary legal contact for global M&A activities and supporting the Group General Counsel in various legal initiatives. Previously, Irene held roles including Assistant General Counsel & Legal Operations Manager, where responsibilities included developing operational aspects of the Legal Hub post-Avon acquisition, and Head of Legal, providing comprehensive legal consultancy across multiple domains at Natura. Prior experience includes roles at Richards, Cardinal, Tützer, Zabala & Zaefferer S.C. as Head of Legal and Associate, as well as Anti-Piracy & Commercial Licensing Counsel at Microsoft. Irene's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Law and a law degree from Universidad Austral, along with an exchange program at Universidad Villanueva in Madrid.
