Jacek Połczyński

Jacek Połczyński is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology operations, currently serving as Head of Security Operations at Natura &Co since March 2022. Prior roles include Head of Cyber Security at Avon, where responsibilities encompassed managing various cybersecurity units and planning team development, and Head of Technology Security Unit at T-Mobile Polska, where Jacek contributed to the establishment of a Security Operation Center and managed technology risk assessments. Jacek's earlier positions at T-Mobile included oversight of project management, technology architecture, and change initiatives, complemented by foundational experience as a Software Analyst and Designer at River Sp. z o.o. Jacek holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University and has completed SANS Training.
