Jose Manuel Silva

Jose Manuel Silva currently serves as the CEO of Natura & Co Pay Latam and Senior Vice President of New Business, IT, and Data at Natura &Co since June 2021. Prior to this role, Silva held the position of Executive Director at Grupo Sofisa, overseeing Technology, Operations, Digital Transformation, and new business initiatives from August 2020 to May 2021. Silva also served as COO and CIO at Carrefour Solucoes Financeiras from February 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included IT infrastructure, operations, and customer experience. Previous roles include COO at Bradesco Cartoes, Operations Superintendent, and Head of Cards & Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC, where Silva managed a team of around 350 employees. Silva's earlier experience encompasses positions in consumer finance operations and project coordination at Portman Building Society and Sosoares SAP Representative. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from Universidade do Minho and an MBA in Strategic Management from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
