Lisa Caracciolo

Lisa Siders Caracciolo currently serves as General Counsel at Avon since February 2024 and has held the position of Vice President, Tax at Natura &Co since March 2020. Previously, Lisa worked at Avon from December 2013 to January 2020 in various roles including Vice President - Global Tax and Executive Director - International Tax & Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as International Tax Director at PRAXAIR INC and Senior Manager at EY. Lisa began their career at Deloitte as an Associate and worked in Operations at CIBC Capital Markets. Lisa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and an MBA in Accounting and Law from Indiana University Bloomington, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
