Marina Zivik

Marina Zivik, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at Teleflex since September 2025. Prior to this role, Marina held the position of Chief Tax Officer at Arcadium Lithium from January 2024 to September 2025 and at Livent from June 2019 to January 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Chief Tax Officer, as well as Director of Global Tax, at Trinseo from April 2011 to June 2019. Marina Zivik is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background, holding a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Drexel University, along with a Certificate of Recognition from the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women and ongoing Women’s Executive Leadership training at The Wharton School.
