Monica Nakamura

Monica Nakamura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and transformation within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of the Transformation Office at Natura &Co since January 2020, Monica previously held various senior management roles at Avon from February 2009 to January 2020, including Senior Manager, PMO and S&OP Sr Manager, and Marketing Administration Manager. Monica began their career at Avon Cosmetics Brazil as a Product Line Supervisor from 2007 to 2009. Educationally, Monica holds an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (2006-2008) and a degree in Comunicação Social, Produção Editorial from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (1996-2000).
