Newton Rossetto is an accomplished IT Audit professional with extensive experience in information security management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT Audit at Natura &Co since October 2016, Newton leads efforts to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency in a global setting, having developed and executed a Risk-Based Annual IT Audit Plan. Previously, Newton held the position of Information Security Manager at Natura Cosméticos S.A. where significant projects were undertaken to enhance information security protocols. Prior roles include Information Security Manager positions at BankBoston and Banco Real ABN AMRO, focusing on establishing security policies and awareness programs in line with best practices. Newton's educational background includes an MBA in Technology from the University of São Paulo and various specializations in entrepreneurship and project management from FGV.
