Noelle Gall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic insights and planning across prominent companies in the consumer goods industry. Currently, Noelle serves as the Head of Insight & Strategic Planning for Avon Global Motherbrand at Natura &Co, leading strategy and brand positioning. Prior to this role, Noelle held key positions at Johnson & Johnson, significantly contributing to the turnaround of EMEA Baby Care, and at Procter & Gamble, managing brand-building efforts across the Hair & Beauty Care EMEA portfolio. Earlier experiences also include leading consumer insights for Global Cosmetics at Procter & Gamble, providing consultancy services at Nielsen, and undertaking research for TNS. Noelle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
