Paola Toscano currently serves as the Head of Insights and Marketing Intelligence for Avon in Latin America at Natura &Co, a role commenced in March 2020, where Paola leads strategic initiatives to convert insights into business opportunities. With prior experience as the Head of Insights and Marketing Intelligence for both Avon Brazil and in performance and growth roles, Paola has a proven track record in driving business growth across various sectors, including cosmetics and nutrition. Paola is also the Founder and CEO of WeCake!, providing custom cakes and sweet treats. Previous positions include Marketing Senior Manager at Danone, where Paola advanced specialized nutrition, and roles at Avon and Unilever focused on strategy and insights. Paola holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Social Sciences to Consumption and a bachelor's degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Advertising and Propaganda.
