Edmond Guidault

Edmond Guidault currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Finance at Natural Biologics, Inc., a role held since July 2019, alongside previous positions including Operations Manager and Comptroller, and Consulting CFO. Prior experience includes a stint at Cornell University within the Vinification & Brewing Technology Laboratory from September 2019 to February 2021, and assistant vineyard management roles at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard and Standing Stone Vineyards in 2018. Edmund’s winemaking expertise was showcased while serving as a Winemaker at Bright Leaf Vineyard, supported by a graduate research study focused on wine deacidification techniques completed at Cornell University. Early career roles included internships at Alderbrook Winery and Biocoop L'Aile du Papillon, and seasonal work in horticulture and agricultural sales. Edmond holds an Engineer's degree/Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agro-food, Management, and Marketing from Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN.
