Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Natural Choice Foods since September 2016, Deborah also operates her own firm, Deborah A Phillips & Associates, LLC, as President from December 2012 to January 2024, focusing on executive coaching and human resources consulting. Previously held positions include Senior HR Business Partner at HR Collaborative from August 2014 to December 2019, and Chief Administrative Officer at Priority Health from 1992 to December 2012, where Deborah was instrumental in aligning people strategies with corporate objectives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Officer at Hillcrest Bank from 1987 to 1991. Deborah holds a degree in Business Administration from Davenport University.
