Celena Anderson

Celena Anderson has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Celena began their career at Butler International as an Immigration Services/HR Generalist. In 2008, they moved to Illinois Mutual, where they worked as an HR Analyst & Training Coordinator and an HR Generalist. In 2014, they joined Emerald Performance Materials as a Human Resources Manager. In 2016, they joined Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. as a Director of HR Operations, Senior Regional Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources and Loss Prevention Manager. Her current role is Vice President of People at Natural Fiber Welding, a position they have held since 2022.

Celena Anderson has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management from Capella University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management, Human Resources from Millikin University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Celena also holds certifications from the Life Managment Institute (FLMI) through LOMA, the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM.
