Souhila Chetouane

Souhila Chetouane is a highly experienced professional in the fields of operations and sustainability, currently serving as Director of Operations at Natural Forces Solar since January 2025 and co-founding Eco Energio in February 2021, where a technology-driven platform is developed to support carbon accounting and net zero goals. With prior roles including International Operations Manager at Econoler and Engineering & Development Manager at GECA Environnement, Souhila has led international sustainability strategies and carbon valorization projects. Souhila is also the founder of STEM Diversity, aimed at promoting equitable career access in the energy sector for underrepresented groups. Educational credentials include a Master's MEng degree in Petroleum Engineering, an MBA Essentials, and ongoing advanced studies in Connected Leadership at Yale University.
