Dan Bunce

Dan Bunce is an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in store management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Store Manager at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage since October 2022, Dan oversees daily operations, including merchandising, budgeting, and customer service, while implementing initiatives to enhance profitability and team training. Previously, Dan held various roles at US Foods CHEF'STORE from 2007 to 2022, where significant achievements included increasing annual sales from $11MM to $16MM and leading a team that secured a Store of the Year award. Earlier experience includes serving as Work-Based Learning Manager at the College of Southern Idaho, where program design and student feedback were priorities. Dan holds a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Communications and Business from Boise State University and multiple degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, showcasing a strong educational foundation in management and marketing.
