Davis English is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Natural Habitat Adventures since October 2018, Davis drives improvements in communication and manages a team of Guest Services associates. Previous roles include building and overseeing the Guest Services team as a Team Manager, increasing Adventure Cruising sales significantly as a Product Manager, and providing seamless pre-trip experiences as an Adventure Concierge. Additional experience includes web design for Six Byrd Cider Company, marketing coordination at Macs Adventure, and community management for Amazon Prime Student. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Communication from Colorado State University and studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
